The idea of creating the Natemax Company came as a result of repeat conversation over the years with colleagues and various clients. I was always hired in change manager roles and most of the time the business was caught in hard times. The topic was always the same: There must be a better way to save the assets, jobs and the values part of the companies that are facing strong headwinds. These conversations would always lead to a clear conclusion: somebody, someday will probably specialize doing this.
Corporate performance enhancement, profitability turnaround and structural change is a young industry. In the last 10 years, we applied our focus on important matters, where goals, deep knowledge and nimble execution materially affect the future of organizations.
Oana Stefan has been recognized by his passion for setting vision, developing strategies and relentlessly pursuing performance improvement strategies and processes.
